"I order a pair of tires on Saturday 7/29. It’s being 8 days and still nothing. When I placed the orde they said usually 3 days I called Tuesday they told me wait until Friday, Then I called Friday, they said to call Saturday. I called Saturday they told me Monday they will call me to notify me. I didn’t received no call or email so I’m guessing still not here. I’m giving 1 star becuase even though I clearly told them I need them ASAP because it’s my source of transportation. When I paid to Mount front new tire to the rim, they told me we should get it done today in a few hours , I called few hours later they said tomorrow for sure before 11am. I called around 4:45pm they said give us an hour and we will get it done ASAP So far bad service long waiting time. "

"Went in to get properly fitted for a motorcycle helmet after wearing a Size Large for a year, after being properly fitted for a helmet by an associate named Ray I found out I was supposed to be wearing a size Medium.
He then showed me some helmets based on least-expensive to most-expensive.
After that he told me he would give me a few minutes to decide before going to help some other customers.

A few minutes later he followed up with me and I decided not to purchase anything that day, which he was very cool with.
(unbeknownst to me however, he nearly stopped me from walking out the door cause of the fit of my large helmet)

Long story short, I came in to buy a properly-fitted helmet the next day and Ray was more than happy to help me, he is great at understanding not being pushy or leaning too heavily on other brands and is super friendly!"
